Firstly, Josh is the most welcoming, gentle and supportive leader/ organiser to hold such an often difficult and painful space in a safe and unpressurised way. You can choose to be vocal in the group and visible or not, no pressure.
The weekly work of writing, reflection and breathwork is powerful and the weekly live session is an opportunity to review this individually (if you choose to) and as a group with a wonderful live breathwork session each week. The weeks build on each other and there is a chance to catch up with each session being recorded live. There is no pressure at all to have to do any of the work or attend every session, and Josh is available throughout the course to support you with any questions or issues that arise.
This is the first online course of this type I've ever done and I was so impressed by the amount of substance and content and that it 'says what it does on the tin',
Josh is genuine and practices all he preaches, and I highly recommend this course if you have experienced trauma, struggle with your sense of self and self worth, and all of the difficulties that these can lead to in life as ways of coping and surviving.
