This 3-hour online retreat is about coming home to yourself.

It’s for people who’ve been told they’re too sensitive, too emotional, too intense and have had to learn to survive by shutting parts of themselves down.

We’re not going to do that anymore.

Instead, we’re going to explore what real resilience looks like for highly sensitive people and how you can build a relationship with yourself that actually supports you.

  • What if I’ve never done breathwork before?

    No problem at all. I’ll guide you through it — and you’re always in control. You can participate as much or as little as feels right for you.

  • Do I need to have my camera or mic on?

    Nope. Cameras and mics are completely optional. You’ll be able to interact via the chat if you want, or just take it all in.

  • How long will I have access to the recording?

    Forever. You’ll get a private link after the session and can revisit it any time.

  • What if I can’t attend live?

    You’ll still get full access to everything — the replay is designed to be just as powerful on your own time.
